This policy explains what Guardian Rock LLC ("Guardian Rock," "we") collects when you call us, text us, use our website, or work with us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, organization, email, phone number, website.
- Your phone number from caller ID when you call us, and what you tell our phone assistant. Calls to our main line are handled by an AI assistant; we keep a text record of the conversation to follow up on your request.
- Messages you send us by text or email.
- Information you enter on our website, such as quote details.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, send quotes, documents and free previews you ask for, and provide support.
- To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see Text messages below).
- To keep records required by law or contract.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information to train AI models.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from Guardian Rock, we use your mobile number only to send messages related to your request, such as confirmations, quote and document links, appointment details and support updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our systems on our behalf (for example Amazon Web Services for phone, text and data storage, and Anthropic for AI processing), under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may disclose information if required by law.
Customer data
Information that our government and business customers store in Guardian Rock services belongs to those customers and is handled under their contracts. Protected information is stored in a government-only cloud in the United States.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in storage and in transit and kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as the law requires.

You may ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@guardianrock.ai.
