These terms cover use of the Guardian Rock website, our main phone line and our text messaging program. Services for customers are governed by each customer's written agreement.
Our phone assistant
Calls to 1-888-894-7888 are answered by an AI assistant. It can make mistakes; prices and details it gives are estimates until confirmed in a written quote or contract. In an emergency, hang up and call 911.
Text messaging terms
- Program: Guardian Rock customer and request updates.
- What you will receive: confirmations, links to quotes, documents and free previews you requested, appointment details and support updates.
- How you opt in: by asking for a text during a call with us, or by checking the text-message box on a form on our website.
- Frequency: varies based on your requests.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP, call 1-888-894-7888 or email hello@guardianrock.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation
